My name is Erica and I grew up from a young age having a passion for the Labrador Retriever breed. I got my first Lab mix, Casey, when I was 11 years old. We really grew up together as she lived to be 17.
I started helping to plan breedings and whelp Labrador Retriever puppies back in 2005 with a family friend’s breeding program.
From there on I have always worked in the canine industry. I have worked as a grooming assistant, kennel tech, vet assistant, canine behaviorist at a daycare/boarding/training facility in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I have independently offered daycare/training as well as nutritional assistance.
My personal breeding program originally started back in 2010 when my first litter of Labradors were born. I kept one male from this litter, my velcro dog, my heart dog. We lost him in August 2022 at just shy of 12yrs old.
After taking a few years hiatus—finding love, getting married and establishing our 40 acre farm I came back into the breeding world with more top quality working Labrador Retrievers. We pride ourselves on breeding Labradors with a purpose. I have furthered my dog-driven lifestyle by becoming an Approved AKC CGC Evaluator.
My husband, Phil and I have two sons, Nik & Max.
Our dogs live indoors, they always have and always will. Aside from our Labradors we enjoy our horses, I have been riding and active in the equestrian community since 1998.
Our farm is located in south east Michigan just north of Ann Arbor.
My passion for retrievers started at a very young age.
At 5 years old all I wanted was my own yellow retriever.
In loving memory of my babies.
Gone but never forgotten. 🐾
